ACCOMMODATION
A limited number of rooms has been reserved at the InterContinental Double Bay Hotel. Registrants will have the option to request accommodation at the hotel when completing the registration form.

FLIGHTS AND GROUND TRANSFERS 
Flights and ground transfers are to be arranged personally and are a personal cost.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
• An invoice will be emailed to you by the ANZSREI Organising Secretariat post registration
• Amount Payable is in AUD (Australian Dollars) & inclusive of GST
• Payments via credit card will appear on your statement as "MEDKOM MEETING FEE"
• Payments by MasterCard, AMEX and Visa attract a 1.5% surcharge, which will be automatically added to your payment prior to processing

ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION POLICY
Accommodation Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival: A cancellation fee of 50% will apply.
Accommodation Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival or in the case of a no-show:
The full accommodation fee will be forfeited.
Please note: All cancellations must be submitted in writing to admin@medkom.com.au  

PAYMENTS - FRAUD PREVENTION AND COMMUNICATION
We ask that you stay alert to possible fraudulent activity and suspicious email communications. Please note that all genuine correspondence from MedKom Group will only come from an @medkom.com.au email address.

Key Security Reminders:
We will never request payment via email containing bank transfer details without an official invoice.
All card payments must be processed exclusively through our secure online payment gateways.
If you receive any emails that seem suspicious or request payment, do not reply, click on any links, or provide personal or financial information. Instead, please contact us directly to confirm the legitimacy of the communication - admin@medkom.com.au.

TRAVEL INSURANCE 
Please note that you are responsible for your own travel and liability insurance. The ANZSREI will not be responsible or liable to you in any way for any loss or damage suffered by you in relation to attending the Conference.

PARKING 
Parking is available under the InterContinental Double Bay Hotel and in surrounding streets. Parking will be a personal cost.
