IMPORTANT INFORMATION 

ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation is available at the meeting venue, Sofitel on Collins Hotel at a special rate of $250 inclusive of GST per night. This is inclusive of buffet breakfast for 1 person daily. You will be able to choose your accommodation dates within your registration form.

FLIGHTS AND GROUND TRANSFERS 
IMPORTANT: Delegates are requested to arrange their own air travel and ground transfers as necessary for AIMS 2025. If you are arriving on the morning of AIMS, we recommend you arrive in Melbourne by 9.30am on Thursday 20 November 2025. Please note for departure flights, we recommend these should be organised from 6.30pm onwards on Friday 21 November 2025.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
Please note that you are responsible for your own travel and liability insurance. The Organising Secretariat and RNA4health will not be responsible or liable to you in any way for any loss or damage suffered by you in relation to attending AIMS.

PARTNER/FAMILY ATTENDANCE 
This meeting is by invitation only, only the registered attendee is permitted to attend (no partners/family).

PAYMENT INFORMATION
• An invoice will be emailed to you by the AIMS Organising Secretariat post registration
• Amount Payable is in AUD (Australian Dollars) & inclusive of GST
• Payments via credit card will appear on your statement as "MEDKOM MEETING FEE"
• Payments by MasterCard, AMEX and Visa attract a 1.5% surcharge, which will be automatically added to your payment prior to processing

ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION POLICY
Accommodation Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival: A cancellation fee of 50% will apply.
Accommodation Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival or in the case of a no-show: The full accommodation fee will be forfeited.

PAYMENTS - FRAUD PREVENTION AND COMMUNICATION
We ask that you stay alert to possible fraudulent activity and suspicious email communications. Please note that all genuine correspondence from MedKom Group will only come from an @medkom.com.au email address.

Key Security Reminders:
We will never request payment via email containing bank transfer details without an official invoice.
All card payments must be processed exclusively through our secure online payment gateways.
If you receive any emails that seem suspicious or request payment, do not reply, click on any links, or provide personal or financial information. Instead, please contact us directly to confirm the legitimacy of the communication - admin@medkom.com.au.
